How are my assets held?+

Assets are held with independent third-party custodians in your name, separate from Renvant's own operating funds. You can request a custodial statement directly from the custodian at any time.

What do I need to open an account?+

A government-issued ID, proof of address, and basic information about your income and investment goals. Verification is usually completed within one business day.

Is there a minimum to open an account?+

Minimums vary by account type and are shown once you're signed in. Self-directed accounts generally have the lowest entry point.

Where can I see plan pricing?+

Plan structures and fees are shown inside your account after you sign in, since terms can vary by account type and are confirmed individually before you fund anything.

Do you guarantee returns?+

No. All investing carries risk, including the risk of loss. Nothing on this site is a projection or promise of performance. See our risk disclosures for more detail.

Are there hidden fees?+

No. Every fee is disclosed before you fund an account and confirmed again in your account agreement.

Withdrawals and security

Access and safety

Can I withdraw at any time?+

Self-directed and advised accounts settle on a standard schedule with no lock-up period. Private client mandates may include a notice period, set out in your agreement.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and account access is protected by multi-factor authentication.

What happens to my funds if Renvant shuts down?+

Because assets are held with independent custodians rather than by Renvant directly, your holdings remain identifiable in your name and are not part of Renvant's own assets.
